Kabar Gembira, SIPA Lolos Tiga Besar Kategori Event Anugrah Bangga Buatan Indonesia (ABBI) 2020


 

 

Panitia Penyelenggara Anugerah Bangga Buatan Indonesia (ABBI) 2020, Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekr af) menyatakan bahwa Solo International Performing Arts (SIPA) 2020 terpilih masuk tiga besar kategori event pada ajang bergengsi ini, dari 31 event yang dinilai.
Selain SIPA juga terpilih Papermoon (Yogyakarta) dan ArtJog (Yogyakarta).

Direktur SIPA, R.Ay. Irawati Kusumorasri mengatakan, “Merupakan suatu kebanggaan SIPA terpilih masuk tiga besar kategori event untuk ABBI. Semoga SIPA unggul dan menjadi festival kebanggaan Kota Solo dan Indonesia di kancah domestik dan internasional.”

SIPA memenuhi kriteria penilaian ABBI, antara lain SIPA memiliki kearifan lokal dengan menampilkan penari, pemusik, sekaligus pemain teater Indonesia di panggung internasional SIPA; mempunyai dampak sosial dan/atau lingkungan dengan mengajak UMKM serta pedagang menjajakan produknya di bazaar SIPA, berinovasi selama masa pandemi dengan menggelar SIPA Virtual Festival 2020 di kanal YouTube SIPA FESTIVAL. SIPA mempunyai strategi pemasaran dengan publikasi melalui lebih dari 50 media partner, website, dan sosial media, serta beradaptasi selama pandemi dengan menyelenggarakan SIPA Virtual Festival 2020 dengan jumlah penonton 55 ribu orang.

Keunggulan SIPA antara lain berskala internasional; menyelenggarakan SIPA MART sebagai pasar seni pertunjukan bagi seniman tari, musik, dan teater dengan direktur festival internasional; menggelar bazar SIPA yang membuka peluang bagi pedagang Solo dan sekitarnya untuk mempopulerkan produknya; mempunyai multiplier effects bagi pariwisata, pusat oleh-oleh, serta kuliner di Solo; sekaligus memberikan peluang mahasiswa mahasiswi di Solo Raya untuk terjun langsung dalam tata kelola event budaya berskala internasional. Hingga saat ini terdapat lebih dari 1.000 orang yang tergabung dalam SIPA Community.

Harapannya, SIPA bisa menjadi kebanggaan Indonesia sebagai festival seni pertunjukan bergengsi di kancah internasional serta menjadi pasar seni pertunjukan Indonesia ke kancah internasional dan sebagai festival budaya untuk daya tarik pariwisata domestik dan mancanegara.

 

Good News: SIPA Won the Top Three of Event Category at Anugerah Bangga Buatan Indonesia (ABBI) 2020.


 

The committee of Anugerah Bangga Buatan Indonesia (ABBI) 2020, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) of the Republic of Indonesia stated that Solo International Performing Arts (SIPA) 2020 won the top three of event category at this prestigious event. Apart from SIPA, Papermoon (Yogyakarta) and ArtJog (Yogyakarta) were also selected as the top three of the event category.

The Director of Solo International Performing Arts (SIPA), R.Ay. Irawati Kusumorasri said that it was an honor for SIPA to be selected as the top three of the event category at ABBI 2020. Hopefully, SIPA will be qualified and become the grand festival in Solo City and Indonesia in the domestic and international scale.

There are some criteria for ABBI’s assessment of SIPA, including SIPA that performs various traditional cultural performances in dance, music, and theater. SIPA has social impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and seller to sell their products at the SIPA bazaars. During Covid-19 pandemic, SIPA held SIPA Virtual Festival 2020 on the SIPA FESTIVAL YouTube channel. In publishing the event, SIPA has a marketing strategy through more than 50 media partners, websites and social media. This virtual event is held successfully with 55,000 viewers.

SIPA also has other advantages; SIPA is an event on an international scales that organizing SIPA MART as a performing arts marketplace for dance, music and theater artists with international festival directors. SIPA also presents bazaars as opportunities for seller from Solo and surrounding cities. Not only that, SIPA also has multiplier effects for tourism, souvenir centers, and culinary in Solo City. Then, SIPA gives opportunities to the university students in Solo City to participate in this cultural festival on an international scale. Until now, SIPA community consists of more than 1,000 members.

Hopefully, SIPA can become a spectacular cultural international festival in Indonesia as an attraction for domestic and foreign tourism.
